The 2026 Jacksonville Beach Opening of the Beaches Parade is scheduled for Sunday, April 26, 2026, featuring a full weekend of celebrations. The event includes the annual sandcastle contest on Saturday April 25, 2026 near the Pier. Parade Route: Usually begins at 5th Ave N and 2nd St, heads to 11th Ave N, turns toward 1st St, and moves south to Beach Blvd. Free to attend.
